My name is Victoria Jacquin. I am studying at the ECOLE HOTELIERE LAUSANNE (Switzerland) for an Associate of Science in Management of Hotel Operations program in English.In January I will have finished school and I am looking forward an internship of 6 months that could begin 1st of January until 1st of July 2008.


I have experience in the food and beverage department as I have worked in my family’s businesses since 14 years old at different functions of the industry during weekends and school holidays. (waitress, barmaid, stewarding ,assistant manager, manager)

As food and beverage is familiar to me, I would like to continue in this department. Now I need to learn more about the administration part of the business. Your company is developing rapidly and I would like to support you through my professional experience and the knowledge I am recently obtaining. . I consider this internship as an important beginning for my career and am motivated and curious to succeed in the business and to develop even more.
I also think that joining your team will be a benefit for you because I am motivated, volunteer and hard worker.

I speak English, Japanese and Spanish, so I do not have specific requirement in the destinations I am open to any serious offer
